At Packroz.com, we aim to provide the best quality packing materials for your business. We understand that sometimes things might not go as planned. Please read our policy carefully regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been shipped and handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be canceled. However, you may choose to follow our return process upon delivery if eligible.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or replacements under the following strict conditions:

Eligible Reasons: Returns are only accepted if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect (wrong item delivered).
Timeframe: You must raise a return or replacement request within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your delivery. Requests raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
Proof Required: To process a return for damaged or missing items, you must share clear photos or an unboxing video showing the condition of the package and products upon delivery.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the exact condition in which you received them.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-printed or specially customized packing materials (such as custom-logo boxes or tapes) are strictly non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or defective from our end.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email or SMS regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (UPI, Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or Wallet) within 5 to 7 working days.
Shipping charges (if any paid during checkout) are non-refundable unless the entire order was canceled before shipping or a major error occurred from our side.
